Description of Service

Cacoon is an AI-powered feedback management platform that enables users to:

Create and manage feedback forms

Collect and organize user feedback

Generate AI-powered insights from feedback data

Create and manage product roadmaps

Integrate with third-party services (Discord, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Teams)

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Maintain and promptly update your account information

Maintain the security of your password and account

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans with specific usage limits.

FREE: Limited features (2 feedback forms, 2 roadmap items)

PRO: Enhanced features (15 feedback forms, unlimited roadmap items, AI insights)

ENTERPRISE: Full features (unlimited forms, unlimited roadmaps, integrations)

Payment and Billing

Payment is processed securely through Stripe with automatic renewal.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws or harm others.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe upon the rights of others

Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content are owned by Cacoon and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license

"Cacoon" and related logos are trademarks of Cacoon

You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission

Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Discord, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Teams).

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content or information

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CACOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cacoon operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
